Informazaschita service centre has got its virtual representation

Informzaschita announces launching of a web-representation of Service Centre (SC) where the clients may receive immediate feedback from technical specialists online and stay informed about important updates from the manufacturers of Information Security solutions. Current clients will have the access to their user accounts where they will be able to leave a request for the SC specialists, trace the status of its performance and history of all previous requests. Potential clients, in their turn, may leave a request for the service which they are interested in on the company’s portal: the request will be immediately transferred to the concerned department.

Each application has its personal identification code and an assigned responsible specialist which will keep the history of the client’s request from “A” to “Z”. Furthermore, in on-line mode the user may look through the reports which demonstrate the number of his requests for the necessary time period. Such approach, in technical specialists’ opinion, will make the Service centre work flow be more clear and open, reduce the speed of requests processing by a few times and therefore, decrease the quality of incident response.

“The criteria of the ideal service, in my point of view, are the complexion of quality, convenience for the clients and speed of solution of arising problems”, says Oksana Vasilieva, Head of the Informzaschita Service Centre. – We tried  to take into consideration these aspects at all stages of designing and launching of virtual Service Centre. Even now we receive positive feedback from our clients which evaluated the simplicity of user actions during the use of our portal. Moreover, we are not planning to rest on our laurels: in the near term we intend to develop our web-representation increasing its new functionality and features”

We remind that the Informzaschita’s Service Centre (SC), developed by the reorganisation of departments of clients support service, implementation and administration, started its work from September 2015. At present, the SC has all necessary equipment and specialised staff consisting of 60 members which have expertise in products of over 30 manufactures of equipment and software. At this moment the Service centre serves approximately 70 companies from various business spheres including governmental organisations. At the same time the Service Centre specialists carry out the installation and implementation of Information Security systems in all regions of our country and CIS countries.
